Fern x Flow values our customers and their privacy. We only obtain and use personal information for the purpose of filling and shipping orders to our customers, providing order updates or sending marketing and promotional materials.

We will never use your information for anything other than the aforementioned items, nor sell your information to third party vendors.

If you would like us to delete your personal information after making a purchase, please visit our Contact page to let us know in writing. We will then contact Shopify with your request to remove/delete your personal information from their servers.
