Refund policy

Refunds

Refunds are currently determined on an order-by-order basis. We will not refund or replace items that have been lost, stolen or misplaced. We will also not refund, replace or exchange any items that were not used appropriately or did not follow proper care/use instructions. Fern x Flow fully reserves the right to limit the total refund amount.

Once an order is either picked up or dropped off to a carrier for delivery (we use USPS), we no longer assume responsibility for the package. By default, all Priority Mail orders are insured up to $50, and Priority Mail Express orders are insured up to $100.

If for some reason your package was delivered damaged or broken, please let us know by emailing info@fernxflow.com with your full order details and photos of your damaged/broken items and we will assist you in opening a case with the USPS while we replace your order in the meantime.

Returns

Purchases Made Directly through Fern x Flow

Purchases made directly through the Fern x Flow website may be eligible for returns up to 14 days after receiving the item only if the item is in new and unused condition. Customers may request a return in their account, which needs to be approved by the seller (Fern x Flow). Select products are not eligible for return (ie: gift cards). The customer assumes all responsibilities and costs for the return of any product back to the seller (Fern x Flow). Additionally, any product that is returned for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products that are used or damaged as a result of regular or improper use do not qualify for refunds. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.

Purchases Made Through Google or Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

Any purchases made through a Google, Google Partner websites (Google, YouTube, other Google-Affiliated Third-Party Sites) or Meta properties (Facebook, Instagram) may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the item only if the item is still in new and unused condition. The customer assumes all responsibilities and costs for the return of any product back to the seller (Fern x Flow). Additionally, any product that is returned for any reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are used or damaged as a result of regular or improper use do not qualify for refunds. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.
